If you have too much room in your shoe your foot will slide back in forth and could cause you to twist your foot or worse.
Alright now that the safety was discusses let’s talk fashion. As stated earlier the lack thereof when it comes to wide shoes. Just because you can’t walk into a store and find stylish shoes that fit you doesn’t mean they don’t exist you just have to know where to shop.
It doesn’t make sense to buy something that doesn’t fit. Does it? Do you buy jeans that are two sizes to small? Probably not. Then why should you buy shoes to that are to big for your feet. As you have found out the hard way there is no such thing as breaking shoes in. Yes, they may stretch a little bit over time, but it takes more time than it is worth and meanwhile you have aches and pains.
It can be dreadful to go shoe shopping if you can’t find your shoe size. It can be downright cruel to be honest about it. You go into a store and look and beautiful shoes only to find the perfect pair, now it’s time to ask, does this come in wide? Normally the answer is no we dont carry that shoe in wide.
However, you don’t have to settle for less. You just have to know where to shop. You might not be able to walk into one of your local shoe retailers and pick out your shoes, but you do have other places to go when it comes to shoe shopping.
The internet offers a wide variety of wide width shoes for women. It might not be your first choice when it comes to shoe shopping, but it does offer variety. Some of the excitement might be taken away from buying your shoes online, but the end result is the same and that is you will find your perfect pair of shoes!
