Where can I get my prom dress if I am plus size?

I want to wear a black bubble dress. Are there any good stores that carry cute short dresses? I would prefer a store in Fresno, CA but if not online is fine.
Well I want to see if I can just find a dress and not have it made…I’m a size 18-20.
