Tall Plus Size Workout Pants
How long will it take me to get down to a size 9?
I am a 5’1 and a half tall women. I am currently a size 12/13 in pants.
If I workout on a treadmill at a speed of 3.9 a day, plus do other exercises on different machines such as some leg curls, hip abductions, crunches, and arm exercises, then how long will it take for me to get a size 9 at this rate?
I’m also eating and drinking healthy. I drank nothing but water for the past week, and I’m eating more fruits and vegetables. I am also getting some lean meat into my diet planned meals.
It sounds like you are really trying, and that is good! Some of the best exercises you can do to burn of body weight, is not running, but, actually, dancing! Dancing uses almost all of your muscles, and it’s fun! Find some upbeat songs, and just move to the rythym! You will feel great after, and you can do it at home. At the rate you are going at, it could take you from about 6 months to a year. By dancing, you are doing a lot for your body. Thinking that you can’t eat much at all if you want to lose weight, is a total myth! You need to eat foods full of nutrients, that replenish you, or else your body won’t be able to burn of the fat! Drinking chocolate milk after a good workot is actually better for you than gatorade! When you eat meals, don’t focus on the fat intake, as much as the fibre, and protein, as well as the riboflavin.
